Christmas Card Project 2016 -please send your designs in by 4th November

We are very pleased to once again be taking part in the Christmas Card Project, in which your child can design their own cards and other gift wrap items for Christmas!

  • Professionally printed cards, gift tags and wrapping paper that celebrate the unique creativeness of every child
  • Child’s name and school (optional) printed on the back
  • Perfect to send to family and friends
  • Each pack purchased raises funds for our school
  • Example copies of cards are available in the school office

Please complete steps 1 to 4:

Step 1

Your child creates an artwork at home that is appropriate for a Christmas card, New Year card, Thank You card etc.

Step 2

Drop off the artwork at the school office in an envelope labelled Christmas Card Project by 3:15 p.m. Friday 4 November – this is a hard deadline! You have half-term to get creative.

Do not forget to attach the artwork order form to the back of the artwork with sticky tape (not glue). Write your child’s name and class name on the back of the artwork too.

Step 3

Order cards, gift tags and wrapping online. Don’t worry – it’s easy!!!

  • Log on to www.apfsorders.co.uk
  • Input the unique code found on the artwork form – each artwork form has an individual code so do not photocopy and give your form to a friend. An artwork form will be sent home with your child. If you require additional copies, please collect from the school office
  • Place your order

Step 4

Wait for your cards, gift tags and wrapping paper to arrive. We have an estimated despatch date of Friday 25 November so you should receive your cards in your child’s book bag w/c Monday 28 November.

Creative Tips

  • Use the entire A4 sheet (portrait or landscape)
  • Coloured paper or white paper works well
  • Bold colours and photographs work well
  • DO NOT use a black background or metallic material as this does not reproduce well, DO NOT use glitter – designs with glitter will be returned L

Christmas Card Competition

A Christmas card design will be chosen from each year group – Mrs Golding will have a pack of cards of each of these designs to send out and the winners will be announced in the newsletter.
